"Public" and "official" documents are not subject to copyright (article L.122-5 of the Code of Intellectual Property). They can therefore be freely reproduced. This is the case for parliamentary debates and documents. Information is for personal use only. Any use or reproduction for commercial purposes is forbidden.
Documents may be reproduced on paper or in electronic form, provided that they are freely circulated, the integrity of the documents reproduced is respected, and the author’s name, the source and a link to the original document online are mentioned. Graphics, photographs and multimedia resources may not be reproduced without prior agreement. For graphic creations and illustrations, requests should be sent to the rights holders. If you are not sure of the identity of the aforementioned holders, you may send a request to the Assemblée Nationale’s Communication & Multimedia Information Service at the following address : communication@assemblee-nationale.fr.
The Assemblée Nationale’s website authorises any website or other support to mention it or to create a hypertext link to its content. This authorisation is valid for any site, except those which circulate information of a controversial, pornographic or xenophobic nature, or which may, to a wider extent cause offence to most people, or which may in any way be detrimental to the Assemblée Nationale, its image or that of its members. To this end, whilst respecting the rights of their authors, a logo is available to illustrate the link that directs users to the Assemblée Nationale’s website. Requests should be sent by email to the Communication & Multimedia Information Service at the following address : dim@assemblee-nationale.fr
The Bureau of the Assemblée Nationale has authorised the creation of links between the Assemblée Nationale’s website and the individual websites of deputies. These links shall be deleted three months before the renewal of the Assemblée Nationale. The Bureau reminds you that these links are reserved solely for individual sites whose name shall include all or part of the deputy’s name in order to avoid links to the sites of political movements, associations or local authorities.
The principle of a link between the Assemblée Nationale’s
website and the websites of political groups has been approved:
-
UMP (Union pour un Mouvement Populaire),
-
SRC (Socialiste, radical, citoyen et divers gauche),
- GDR (Gauche démocrate et républicaine) :
CR (député-e-s communistes et républicains) ;
Verts ; Ultramarins :
H.
Bello ;
A.
Marie-Jeanne,
-
NC (Nouveau Centre).
Links to official websites, whether French or foreign, have finally been proposed. They provide easier access to cybernauts browsing the web. However, the Assemblée Nationale is not responsible for the content of external websites.
No personal information is collected without your knowledge. No personal information is transferred to third parties. This site was registered with the National Commission for Information Technology & Civil Liberties (CNIL) on 22 January 1999 with reference n° 633 176.
In order to adapt the website to the requirements of its visitors the following measurements are carried out : the number of visits, pages viewed as well as the activity of visitors to the website and the frequency with which they return. ‘‘Cookies’’ may also be used. Cybernauts can refuse these ‘‘cookies’’ or delete them without this leading to any difficulty in accessing the website’s pages. To stop ‘‘cookies’’ being registered or to be informed before accepting them, you are advised to consult your browser’s help section which will tell you what to do. The number of visitors to the website may also be analysed using connection data without it being possible to link these data to personal data of any kind.
The individual email addresses of deputies are accessible online in order to enable a direct exchange between citizens and elected representatives. Users of the site are asked to respect appropriate use of the Internet when they use these addresses to send messages to deputies. You are reminded that article 26 of the ‘‘Information Technology & Civil Liberties’’ Act of 6 January 1978 forbids any massive collection of these addresses without their holders’ knowledge to send unsolicited bulk mail, whatever the purpose of the messages sent. In pursuance of article 16 of this law, the following are also forbidden : the creation of automated mailing systems, the creation of databases containing the email addresses of deputies and the implementation of automated personal information processing concerning deputies which has not been subject to a prior declaration at the CNIL.
Forums are moderated by the Communication and Multimedia Information Service and may be refused or deleted after publication if the following cases :
- messages which do not match the subjects for discussion proposed;
- messages which do not comply with legislation in force in France;
- messages containing a telephone number, a postal address or a link to
another website.
You are advised not to mention your name or email address.
Messages are only stored for the time needed to process them. The authors of messages on the Assemblée Nationale’s forum can at any time request the deletion of their contributions.
Email addresses collected within the framework of mailing lists are only used to send information for which the user is registered. You can unsubscribe at any time online by sending an email to the following address : dim@assemblee-nationale.fr. Any questions relating subscriptions should be sent by email to the Assemblée Nationale’s Communication & Multimedia Information service at the same address.
The internal production site is reproduced outside the Assemblée Nationale and is accessible on the web via a hosting and broadcasting server managed by the Colt company.
The audiovisual broadcasting of public sessions and committee, office and information meetings open to the press is hosted by Akamai.
